the story
About Us
Simply put, Donor Egg Network pulls donor candidates through the application and screening process to present to clinics as fully ready to initiate an egg donation cycle. We strictly adhere to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Society for Reproductive Technologies (SART) guidelines. Our team has more than 30 years’ experience in the fertility and egg donation field.
Donor Egg Network has established relationships with fertility clinics throughout the United States, matching egg donors with recipients, or Intended Parents, and cycling donors through the growing number of egg banks, which serve the U.S. and countries throughout the world.
We are here to ensure that donor candidates are fully educated on the requirements and responsibilities for being an egg donor, potential risks and side effects, as well as future considerations.
Donor Egg Network donors will undergo a multi-phase prescreening process upon activation, completing the necessary requirements for qualification and readiness to cycle.
Our Management Team
Julie Rash
Julie’s passion is facilitating a successful egg donation cycle. “Born” into the fertility industry in 1988, Julie held sales and consulting positions with leading infertility biotech companies. During this time, God smiled and decided to help round out her experience as an infertility patient, also. Julie and Tom were blessed with four children in two pregnancies… a singleton and triplets three years later.
Julie earned her BA in Communications from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and has won multiple sales and consulting awards during an extensive career. The donor experience is first and foremost in her mind with a goal of being responsive, informative, and caring throughout this amazing process.
While not focusing on her work passion, Julie enjoys water sports, pampering her fur babies, and researching the correlation between nutrition and health and the environmental impact of animal agriculture on our future generations.
Tom Rash
Working as Chief Operating Officer, Tom handles the administrative tasks of Egg Donor Select and Donor Egg Network, including contracts, finances, and marketing. Having owned and managed technology-related businesses since 1993, Tom brought his expertise to the infertility arena in 2008. He has served on multiple national small business advisory councils and is a two-time recognized leader in running “Inc. 500” fastest growing private companies.
Tom received his BA from the University of San Diego (Go Toreros!) and his MBA from the University of Washington (Go Huskies!). His free time is spent catching up with the kids at college, enjoying time on the water with his wife, and the occasional round of golf.
